CSA Thursday

This week's goodies from Fish Hawk Acres are definitely a spring offering! Lettuce, spinach, golden beets, carrots, eggs, peas, potatoes, and eggs. I'm planning to make some ginger dressing tomorrow for some yummy lunchtime salads!
