A sunrise can be just as beautiful as a sunset :-)

Apples

Last weekend, we picked apples from trees around our farm. We ended up with a bushel!  We have canned 5 quarts of applesauce, froze two quarts of apple pie filling, and I'm working on caramel apple butter today!  

I'm digging this food preservation stuff :-)
